Project: Empowering Rural Girls and Women through IT Education
Objective:
• Provide high-quality IT education and training to rural girls and women
• Enhance their employability and career prospects
• Promote digital literacy and online safety
• Foster a supportive community for women in tech.
Target Group:
• Rural girls and women aged 15-35
• Limited access to IT education and resources
• Interest in pursuing a career in tech
Project Components:
1. IT Skills Training: Offer courses in web development, digital marketing, data analysis, and software development
2. Mentorship Program: Pair participants with industry professionals for guidance and support
